I have a great group of students in the lab, but some days they just make me smile with joy and pride. Today, one of the undergraduates in the lab, Jacob Cambre, sent me a rap he wrote about his project and has challenged the other projects in the lab to do the same. Stay tuned.... We're in Dr. Newman's lab, studying stem cells We love research so much, can't you tell. When in culture we see if cells differentiate I need you to understand that we will be great. Imma bout to cut you off, call me gamma secretase You're not in our group,...so in your face. When Cardiac see our group their heart stops beating And Mediator thinks we're so good that we're cheating Always seeing if Notch is there so we say Hey We're always working hard, there no time for play. Call me siRNA because I'm about to knock you down You're like an inhibited receptor, you can't be bound Notch is a highly conserved intercellular pathway Word to your professor, that's all I want to say *mic drop* |
